At Amalfi Garden Furniture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor oasis; if your selection isn't perfect, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned furniture must be in its original condition and packaging to ensure a smooth refund or exchange process.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer concierge team via email with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.
Prepare for Collection
Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and place it back into its original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule Pickup
Once your request is approved, we will coordinate with our specialized white-glove couriers to schedule a convenient time for collection from your residence.
Quality Inspection & Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned pieces, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
